How personalised are the stories, really?

Every story is written from scratch using your child's name, age, the things they love, and anything else you've told us. It's not a template with their name dropped in — your child is the main character in an original story every night.

Is this just ChatGPT?

No. We use Claude, a different AI model made by Anthropic. A generic prompt gives you a generic story. We've spent a lot of time on the prompting, structure, and quality checks that turn your child's profile into something that actually feels personal.

Is my child's information safe?

Accepted Answer

Their profile — name, age, interests — is stored securely in our EU database. It's used only to write their stories. It's never shared with advertisers, used for profiling, or sold. When we generate a story, those details go to Anthropic's API, which doesn't train on or retain them.

How do I cancel?

One click in your dashboard. If you're unhappy in your first 30 days, email us and we'll refund your first payment in full. No forms, no calls, no dark patterns.

What if I have more than two children?

One subscription covers up to two child profiles, each with their own story, interests, and delivery time. Three or more children would need a second subscription.
